Redemption at Kisna Exclusive Showrooms

1. Your SafeGold balance will be converted into a monetary value based on the current SafeGold Sell rate (the "Redemption Value"). The value of the jewellery you select will be calculated using the gold rate applicable at the Kisna store, plus making charges and any other applicable fees (the "Purchase Value"). If the Purchase Value exceeds the Redemption Value, the difference must be paid by you at the store.
2. Share your registered mobile number and specify the SafeGold balance you wish to redeem.
3. You will receive an OTP on your registered mobile number to authenticate the transaction.
4. Upon successful OTP verification, your SafeGold balance will be transferred to Kisna and adjusted against the product price based on prevailing store rates.
5. Any applicable store discounts or promotional offers will also be applied to your purchase.

Redemption on the Kisna Online Store (www.kisna.com)

1. Your SafeGold balance will be converted into its monetary equivalent at the current SafeGold Sell rate ("Redemption Value"). The jewellery price on the website will be calculated based on the Kisna online gold rate, in addition to making charges and any other charges ("Purchase Value"). If the Purchase Value is higher than the Redemption Value, you must pay the difference to complete the order.
2. Add your chosen product to the cart and proceed to checkout.
3. Enter your shipping details on the shipment page.
4. On the payment page, select the "Digital Gold" payment option.
5. You will be able to view your Kisna Digital Gold balance or any other SafeGold balance linked to your registered DGIPL mobile number. The system will calculate your redemption value using the live SafeGold Sell rate.
6. Enter the amount you wish to redeem (minimum Rs. 100).
7. An OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number; enter the OTP to confirm the redemption.
8. After successful OTP verification, your digital gold balance will be transferred to Kisna and adjusted against the jewellery price. Your updated gold balance will reflect the deduction.
9. All applicable discounts or platform-specific offers will be applied.
