TERMS AND CONDITIONS
KISNA Diamond & Gold Jewellery is running special jewellery offers and a Participate & Win Lucky Draw promotion during the applicable offer periods in 2026. Customers should read the eligibility requirements, offer validity, prize details, lucky draw process, exclusions and other terms before participating.
1. KISNA Participate & Win – Terms & Conditions1.1 Offer Period
The KISNA Participate & Win promotion is valid from 21 August 2026 to 30 November 2026.
The promotion is available at participating KISNA stores across India and through the KISNA online store, subject to the applicable eligibility criteria and participation process.
1.2 Eligibility
The Participate & Win promotion is open to Indian citizens aged 18 years or above, subject to these Terms & Conditions.
The promotion is not applicable to customers in Tamil Nadu.
The following persons are not eligible to participate:
- Employees of H K Jewels Pvt. Ltd. (H K) and its affiliates.
- Employees of KISNA.
- Blood relatives of KISNA employees.
- Blood relatives of KISNA Franchise Partners.
- Any person who is otherwise disqualified under these Terms & Conditions.
1.3 Prizes
Eligible customers have an opportunity to win brand-new vehicle prizes through the Participate & Win promotion.
Prize allocation for each participating KISNA store
Each participating KISNA store will have:
- 2 brand-new scooters, awarded through two separate scooter lucky draws.
- 1 brand-new car, awarded through the car lucky draw.
Therefore, each participating KISNA store has a total allocation of 3 vehicle prizes: 2 scooters and 1 car.
The Participate & Win promotion is also available through the KISNA online store, subject to the applicable online participation process and eligibility requirements.
Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative prize.
2. KISNA Lucky Draw Dates2.1 First Scooter Lucky Draw
Date: 27 September 2026
Time: 5:00 PM
Coupons from eligible sales made up to 3:00 PM on 27 September 2026 will be considered for the first scooter lucky draw.
2.2 Second Scooter Lucky Draw
Date: 1 November 2026
Time: 5:00 PM
Coupons from eligible sales made up to 3:00 PM on 1 November 2026 will be considered for the second scooter lucky draw.
2.3 Car Lucky Draw
The car winner announcement will take place on 12 or 13 December 2026.
The applicable date will be announced by KISNA.
3. Coupon and Lucky Draw ProcessEligible customers will receive a coupon in accordance with the applicable Participate & Win promotional process.
Coupons used for the lucky draw must be properly packed, sealed and securely stored at the respective KISNA store.
Eligible coupons will be considered for the applicable draw based on the offer rules and applicable cut-off times.
Winners will be selected through a random lucky draw.
For online purchases, participation will be subject to the applicable online coupon issuance and participation process communicated by KISNA.
4. Winner Selection and NotificationWinners will be selected randomly from the eligible entries participating in the applicable lucky draw.
Winners will be notified within 15 days from the date of the applicable draw via social media.
The selected winner must respond within 5 days of being notified.
KISNA / H K Jewels Pvt. Ltd. will not be responsible for any failure to contact a winner resulting from incomplete, incorrect or inaccurate information provided by the winner.
If a winner is not available at the time of the draw, the winner will be contacted and called to the showroom to collect the prize.
5. DisqualificationKISNA / H K Jewels Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to disqualify any entry in cases including, but not limited to:
- Fraud or suspected fraudulent activity.
- Misuse of the promotion.
- Breach or violation of these Terms & Conditions.
- Submission of incorrect or misleading information.
- Any other activity that makes the entry invalid under the promotional scheme.
The decision of KISNA / H K Jewels Pvt. Ltd. regarding eligibility and disqualification shall be subject to the applicable terms of the promotion.
6. Returns, Exchanges and Lucky Draw EligibilityProducts that are returned or exchanged will be eliminated from the lucky draw.
The 7-day return policy will not be applicable and cannot be exercised if the coupon is issued against the purchase participating in the promotion.
Customers should carefully review the applicable offer conditions before making a purchase.
7. Prize Taxes and Registration ChargesThe winner is responsible for all applicable taxes, statutory charges and vehicle registration charges associated with the prize.
KISNA / H K Jewels Pvt. Ltd. will not be responsible for the winner’s personal tax liabilities or other charges applicable to the prize, unless otherwise specifically stated.
8. Prize Transfer and Cash AlternativeThe prizes are non-transferable.
Vouchers/coupons issued under the promotion have no cash value and are non-transferable.
The vehicle prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or another prize.
9. Collection of PrizeThe winner will be required to follow the prize collection process communicated by KISNA.
If the winner is unavailable at the time of the draw, KISNA will contact the winner and call the winner to the showroom to collect the prize.
The winner may be required to provide appropriate identification and other documents as requested for verification and prize collection.
10. JurisdictionAny disputes arising in connection with the Participate & Win promotion shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Mumbai.
11. KISNA Diamond and Gold Jewellery OffersIn addition to the Participate & Win promotion, KISNA is offering special benefits on Diamond Jewellery and Gold Jewellery during October 2026.
11.1 Diamond Jewellery Offer
Customers can avail of a upto 100% off on making charges of Diamond Jewellery.
Offer Period: 1st October 2026 to 31st October 2026.
11.2 Gold Jewellery Offer
Customers can avail of a upto 100% off on making charges of Gold Jewellery.
Offer Period: 1st October 2026 to 31st October 2026.
11.3 Free 1-Year Jewellery Insurance
Customers are eligible for free 1-year jewellery insurance with every purchase, subject to the applicable insurance terms and conditions.
