Terms & Conditions:

1. This campaign is a limited, symbolic and honorary initiative conducted by KISNA Diamond & Gold Jewellery (the "Brand") to celebrate and recognise the strength, resilience, and contributions of women across the globe, exclusively on the occasion of International Women's Day.
2. The name "Radha" is used symbolically to honour women and is purely descriptive. It does not imply any association or connection with any individual, religion, business, organization or any third party of any kind.
3. That this campaign is purely commemorative in nature and is intended as a symbolic tribute, without conferring any rights, benefits, claims, or legal entitlements beyond those expressly stated by the Brand.
4. The use of the name "RADHA Diamond & Gold Jewellery" is solely for commemorative and promotional purposes for one day only and does not constitute any, legal or permanent change in the brand name, corporate name change, assignment, transfer, or licensing of intellectual property rights, affiliation with, endorsement by, or association with any third party using the name "RADHA Diamond & Gold Jewellery" or any similar mark, Beyond the said ad, the brand shall be KISNA Diamond and Gold Jewellery only.
5. Any visual, digital, or social media representation of the commemorative name "Radha" is for promotional display purposes only and does not alter the legal identity of the Brand or its registered trademarks.
6. All products continue to be manufactured, marketed, sold, invoiced, and warranted under the registered trademark "KISNA Diamond & Gold Jewellery" and the legally registered entity operating the Brand. All intellectual property rights, including trademarks, logos, designs, and promotional materials used in this campaign, remain the exclusive property of the Brand or its lawful licensors.
7. All invoices, tax documents, warranties, certifications, exchange policies, buyback policies, and customer transactions shall continue to reflect the existing registered trade name and GST details, without any alteration.
8. This campaign does not create any legal rights, claims, representations, warranties, or expectations beyond those already applicable under existing policies of the Brand.
9. Nothing contained in this campaign shall be construed as rebranding, merger, change in ownership, change in management or modification of statutory registrations.
10. The Brand expressly disclaims any intention to infringe upon or dilute any existing trademark bearing the name "RADHA Diamond & Gold Jewellery" or similar variants registered by third parties.
11. The Brand reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue the campaign at its sole discretion without prior notice.
12. By engaging with this campaign, customers acknowledge and agree that this is a temporary promotional expression and has no bearing on contractual, commercial, or statutory obligations of the Brand.
13. This campaign and its interpretation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in relation to this campaign shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai.
