Terms & Conditions
1. INTRODUCTION
1.1 This document is an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and related rules. It is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signature.
1.2 This document is published in line with Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011, which requires platforms to publish their rules, regulations, privacy policy and terms of use.
1.3 Part I and Part II of these Terms of Use together are called the "Terms", and must always be read together.
2. DEFINITIONS
For the purpose of these Terms, unless the context requires otherwise:
2.1.1 "Customer" means any individual who uses the Platform to buy Gold, take delivery of Gold, sell Gold back to DGIPL or any other buyer as per these Terms, or transfer their gold balance to purchase Kisna Diamond & Gold Jewellery.
2.1.2 "Gold" means 24 karat gold of 99.5% purity or higher, offered by DGIPL under the brand "SafeGold".
2.1.3 "Gold Account" means the account created for You (or on Your behalf) according to these Terms.
2.1.4 "Gold Account Information" means the details You provide to create and operate Your Gold Account.
2.1.5 "Customer Request" means any Delivery Request, Sale Request or Exchange Request placed by You in relation to Your Gold.
2.1.6 "DGIPL Platform" means any website, web app or mobile app hosted/controlled by DGIPL, including www.safegold.com.
2.1.7 "DGIPL Services" means any product or service offered by DGIPL, including all Gold-related products and services.
2.1.8 "Force Majeure Event" means any event beyond the reasonable control of the Platform Provider and/or DGIPL, such as fire, flood, natural disaster, riots, war, strikes, hacking, system failure, government action, etc., which they cannot prevent or overcome.
2.1.9 "Payment Instrument" means any cheque, draft, money order or other written/electronic method used to pay or transfer money.
2.1.10 "Person" means any individual or legal entity (company, partnership, trust, etc.).
2.1.11 "Platform" means the website or mobile application You use to transact, including all its technology, content and services, and may include platforms of the Platform Provider used to buy Gold from DGIPL.
2.1.12 "Platform Provider" means the entity that facilitates payment collection for Gold or any DGIPL product/service (here, Kisna as applicable).
2.1.13 "Transfer" means moving Gold from one Gold Account to another.
2.1.14 "Trustee Administrator" means a third-party entity responsible for monitoring and protecting Customer Gold under these Terms (as explained in Clause 4).
Any other capitalised terms used later shall have the meaning given in their respective sections.
3. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICES PROVIDED BY DGIPL
3.1 Digital Gold India Private Limited (DGIPL) (registered office: 2nd & 3rd Floor, CoWrks, Birla Centurion, Worli, Mumbai) sells Gold and provides vaulting/safe-keeping, delivery/fulfilment and related services to Customers through the Platform ("Services").
3.2 Gold is sold under the brand name "SafeGold" by DGIPL. H K Jewels Pvt. Ltd ("Kisna") is the Platform Provider. Kisna's role is limited to facilitating transactions and payments and providing customer support regarding payments or DGIPL Services. All other obligations related to Gold and Services are handled by DGIPL and its Intermediaries (Trustee Administrator, Vault Custodian, etc.).
3.3 When You use any DGIPL Service or buy Gold, You are bound by these Terms in addition to any other terms on the Platform Provider's Platform.
3.4 Please read and understand these Terms carefully before using the Services.
3.5 DGIPL and/or the Platform Provider do not guarantee any returns on any transaction. You are solely responsible for your decisions and should do your own due diligence. Neither DGIPL, the Platform Provider, nor their officers, employees or agents shall be liable for Your decision to buy/sell Gold through the Platform.
3.6 The Services are available from the date Your Gold Account is created, subject to these Terms.
3.7 Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Platform may contain errors or inaccuracies that may lead to failure, data loss, or device issues. You assume all risks and costs associated with using the Platform and Services.
3.8 You confirm that you are not registered under the Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017.
4. ADMINISTRATOR, INTERMEDIARIES AND SAFE-KEEPING
4.1 Appointment of Intermediaries
4.1.1 DGIPL may appoint third-party entities ("Intermediaries") such as the Trustee Administrator and Vault Custodian to help provide Services. You consent to DGIPL or the Trustee Administrator appointing these Intermediaries on Your behalf.
4.1.2 These Intermediaries help ensure Your orders and requests are fulfilled in line with these Terms. Payments to these Intermediaries will generally be borne by DGIPL unless stated otherwise.
4.2 Appointment of Administrator
4.2.1 The Trustee Administrator will monitor the Customer Gold held with the Vault Custodian on Your behalf.
4.2.2 By accepting these Terms, You agree to the separate trustee arrangement with the Trustee Administrator.
4.2.3 If any costs/charges are due to Intermediaries or others at the time of fulfilling Your Customer Orders/Requests, and DGIPL is unable to pay these, the Trustee Administrator may sell part of Your Customer Gold to recover such costs. The remaining gold or money (after costs) will be handled as per these Terms and relevant trustee agreements.
4.2.4 You authorise the Trustee Administrator to act on Your behalf to protect Your interests.
4.3 Safe Keeping / Vaulting
4.3.1 The Gold You buy is stored with a Vault Custodian in a secure vault on Your behalf.
4.3.2 You authorise DGIPL to store your purchased gold (bullion, coins or jewellery) in such vaults as "Customer Gold". Ownership passes to You when the gold is stored in the vault for You or when DGIPL issues a final invoice, subject to applicable laws.
4.3.3 The Vault Custodian maintains insurance for the Customer Gold as per industry practice, and bears the cost of this insurance. In case of a covered loss, You authorise the Trustee Administrator to act as Your beneficiary and take necessary steps to claim under that policy.
4.3.4 If a loss occurs due to an event not covered under the insurance (for example war, nuclear radiation, etc.), the Customer Gold may be at risk.
5. TRANSFER OF SAFEGOLD BALANCE
5.1 DGIPL may allow You to transfer your SafeGold balance to another person (gift feature) or use it to exchange for jewellery from approved partners.
5.2 Exchange of SafeGold for jewellery is available only through Kisna retail stores or platforms.
5.3 Any transfer is valid only when done using an official DGIPL feature or process.
5.4 Gifting Gold
5.4.1 DGIPL may provide a "gift gold" feature to allow You to gift Gold to someone else.
5.4.2 DGIPL or the Platform Provider is not responsible for whether the recipient accepts the gift or for errors in recipient mobile number/ID provided by You.
5.4.3 Gold gifts are final. If You send Gold to the wrong person due to an error on Your part, DGIPL will not reverse or amend the transaction.
5.4.4 If the intended recipient does not accept the gift within the allowed time, the Gold will revert back to Your Gold Account.
5.5 Exchange for Jewellery
5.5.1 You can exchange your SafeGold balance for jewellery only through Kisna retail stores or Kisna platforms ("exchange for jewellery" feature).
5.5.2 You must follow the process shown on the Platform. The transaction starts only after You give clear instructions to the Platform Provider.
5.5.3 DGIPL will send You an OTP to confirm the transaction. By sharing this OTP with the jeweller partner, You authorise DGIPL to debit your Gold Account as needed to pay for the jewellery.
5.5.4 Any additional charges (e.g. making charges, taxes) must be paid by You.
5.5.5 Jewellery will be billed as per the gold rate and purchase terms applicable at Kisna stores or platforms at that time.
5.5.6 Once the transaction is completed and an invoice is generated, it cannot be cancelled or refunded unless DGIPL or the Platform Provider specifically allows it.
5.5.7 The Platform Provider (Kisna) may choose to offer discounts at its sole discretion.
5.5.8 Any issues regarding the jewellery product after a successful transaction must be resolved directly between You and the Platform Provider (Kisna).
6. STORAGE OF GOLD
You must take delivery of Your Customer Gold within the maximum period specified by DGIPL on the Platform ("Maximum Storage Period").
To enable delivery, You must provide a valid delivery address and any documents or information required by DGIPL or the Platform Provider.
If You do not provide a valid address within the Maximum Storage Period:
- DGIPL/Platform Provider will, for 1 year after the end of the Maximum Storage Period (the "Grace Period"), try at least once to contact You using Your contact details to obtain either:(i) a delivery address, or(ii) Your bank details to credit the sale proceeds of Your Gold (if it is sold).
If during the Grace Period:
- You do not take delivery, and
- You do not provide valid bank details,
Then, after the Grace Period, DGIPL may sell your Customer Gold at the prevailing price shown on the Platform.
- The net sale proceeds (after deducting storage charges beyond the free period) will be deposited in a separate bank account.
- The Trustee Administrator will be the sole signatory to this account.
If within 3 years from the end of the Grace Period ("Final Claim Period") You claim these proceeds, the Trustee Administrator will transfer the money to Your bank account (no cash will be paid).
If You do not claim within the Final Claim Period, the unclaimed money will be transferred to the Prime Minister's Relief Fund or another fund designated by You before the end of the Grace Period.
7. FORCE MAJEURE
If the Platform Provider and/or DGIPL is unable to perform their obligations due to a Force Majeure Event (natural disaster, war, strikes, system failure, etc.), their obligations will be suspended for the duration and extent of that event. This will not be treated as a breach of these Terms.
8. TERMINATION OF SERVICES BY DGIPL
8.1 DGIPL may, at its discretion, modify, suspend, or terminate Your access to all or part of the Platform or Services at any time, including for breach of these Terms.
8.2 These Terms will also terminate if:
8.2.1 DGIPL is adjudged bankrupt/insolvent;
8.2.2 DGIPL stops or intends to stop its business;
8.2.3 DGIPL breaches the trustee agreements/these Terms and does not rectify within 90 days of notice;
8.2.4 DGIPL starts or becomes subject to insolvency/winding-up proceedings or similar;
8.2.5 A winding-up order or insolvency resolution process is initiated against DGIPL;
8.2.6 A receiver/liquidator or similar official is appointed over substantial assets of DGIPL;
8.2.7 Any similar event under applicable law occurs.
8.3 If such events occur and DGIPL does not have enough funds to meet delivery-related costs, You authorise the Trustee Administrator to sell part of Your Gold to cover such costs and expenses.
9. CONSEQUENCES OF TERMINATION
9.1 After termination, subject to the Trustee Agreements:
9.1.1 The Trustee Administrator will list Customers holding:
- less than 0.5 gram of Gold, and
- more than 0.5 gram of Gold (these Customers are "EOD Customers").
9.1.2 EOD Customers will be informed (directly or via Platform Provider) that an Event of Default has occurred and how their gold will be handled ("EOD Notice").
9.1.3 For EOD Customers:
- Holding less than 1 gram of Gold: Their holdings may be sold at prevailing market rates on a specified date. The money will be sent to their registered bank/wallet account.
- Holding 1 gram or more of Gold: They will have 30 days from the EOD Notice to:
- Pay minting and delivery charges, and
- Request physical delivery of Gold.
- If they don't, their Gold will be sold at the prevailing market price, and money sent to their registered account.
- These actions must be completed within 45 days from the EOD Notice.
- If the Trustee Administrator does not receive required information or payment from a Customer, the Gold will be sold and the proceeds kept in an escrow account for 1 year ("EOD Sale Proceeds"). During this year, the Administrator will try to contact the Customer at least twice. If still unclaimed, the funds will be transferred to the Prime Minister's Relief Fund or any other fund designated earlier by the Customer.
9.2 You agree that Your access may be terminated without prior notice and Your Gold Account may be deactivated/deleted. DGIPL and/or Platform Provider will not be liable for any such discontinuation.
9.3 None of Your content will remain accessible after termination and cannot be recovered.
9.4 Disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law provisions will continue even after termination.
10. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
- Any disputes arising under these Terms will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
- Any dispute will be resolved through binding arbitration conducted by a sole arbitrator, jointly appointed by both parties.
- The arbitration will be governed by the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, and the venue of arbitration will be Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

11. CREATION OF KISNA DIGITAL GOLD ACCOUNT & REGISTRATION
11.1 Account Creation & KYC
Before using the Services, You must complete the registration process as required from time to time.
- Follow the instructions on the Platform to open a Kisna Digital Gold Account.
- The Platform Provider and/or DGIPL may collect and store Your information and documents for KYC (Know Your Customer) purposes.
11.2 Additional KYC
From time to time, DGIPL and/or the Platform Provider may ask for additional documents.
- You authorise them to verify Your identity.
- You are responsible for ensuring that all information You submit is true, correct and updated.
- If You notice any error in submitted information, You must update it immediately.
11.3 Termination for Incorrect KYC
If any KYC information or documents are found to be incorrect, doubtful, or not genuine, the Platform Provider and/or DGIPL may:
- terminate or suspend Your Kisna Digital Gold Account, with or without notice; and
- You agree to indemnify them for any loss arising from Your failure to provide correct KYC details.
11.4 KYC & Verification
11.4.1 Before placing an order, You may be required to submit KYC documents in the format DGIPL and/or the Platform Provider decides.
11.4.2 After KYC is submitted and verified, You may place a Customer Order on the Platform.
11.4.3 Your continued use of the Platform is subject to successful verification. You grant DGIPL and/or the Platform Provider permission to conduct such checks.
11.4.4 DGIPL and/or the Platform Provider may use third-party service providers to verify Your KYC.
- KYC processing will follow applicable privacy policies.
- Access to Your KYC information by such third parties will be governed by their own privacy policies.
11.5 Customer's Obligations
11.5.1 You are responsible for keeping Your Kisna Digital Gold Account Information (login details, etc.) confidential.
- You must immediately inform the Platform Provider and/or DGIPL of any unauthorised use.
- You may be held liable for any loss caused to DGIPL, the Platform Provider or others due to misuse of Your account.
11.5.2 You must ensure that all account details provided are complete, accurate and up to date.
- Using someone else's account or details is strictly prohibited.
11.5.3 If You provide incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information, or if DGIPL/Platform Provider suspects so, they may:
- suspend, block, or terminate Your Kisna Digital Gold Account; and
- refuse future access to the Platform or Services.
12. PURCHASE OF GOLD
12.1 You can buy Gold starting from ₹100 and above in incremental values, at market-linked prices shown on the Platform.
12.2 Market-linked prices are based on commercial bullion market rates in India and may change many times during the day.
- These prices are an invitation to offer and are binding only once Your order is accepted and paid.
- DGIPL will try to offer competitive prices but does not guarantee they will match other market prices.
12.3 Payments can be made via the payment methods shown on the Platform, which may include third-party payment gateways (including DGIPL's).
- Taxes applicable at the time of purchase/sale/fulfilment/transfer will be charged as per law.
12.4 Once You place a Customer Order, You cannot cancel it.
- If payment fails for any reason, the Customer Order will be treated as cancelled automatically.
12.5 DGIPL and/or the Platform Provider may reject a Customer Order if Your information is not acceptable or they believe You are not eligible to buy SafeGold.
- Your Kisna Digital Gold Account may then be frozen until acceptable KYC is provided.
12.6 Once payment is received and KYC is approved, DGIPL will issue an invoice within 3 business days.
12.7 DGIPL and/or the Platform Provider may accept or reject any Customer at their sole discretion.
12.8 If a Customer Order is rejected after DGIPL has received payment, the amount will be refunded to Your linked bank account, subject to Platform terms.
13. DELIVERY OF GOLD
13.1 You can place a Delivery Request using the DGIPL Platform, by logging in with Your registered mobile number and using Your Digital Gold Balance.
13.2 When You submit a Delivery Request:
- You must pay the applicable delivery/minting/shipping charges;
- Your Digital Gold Balance will be provisionally debited for the quantity requested ("Delivered Customer Gold").
13.3 DGIPL will arrange delivery of the Delivered Customer Gold within 7 business days (or such further time as required) to the shipping address You provide.
- Make sure the address is correct.
- Once the Delivery Request is processed, You cannot change the shipping address.
13.4 Check the package at the time of delivery. Do not accept if:
- packaging appears tampered with or damaged.
If You suspect tampering:
- Inform DGIPL immediately and follow the process for a Return Request.
- Once the package is returned and approved by DGIPL, they will re-deliver at no extra shipping cost (unless the request is found frivolous).
- DGIPL may blacklist/block You for repeated unjustified Return Requests.
13.5 Once You sign the delivery receipt, it is treated as confirmation that You received the correct Delivered Customer Gold.
- After that, DGIPL is not liable for refund or replacement due to later complaints.
13.6 On accepting the Delivery Request, DGIPL will permanently debit the Delivered Customer Gold from Your Digital Gold Balance.
13.7 You must be available at the time of delivery. If You are unavailable:
- The courier may try again or return the shipment to DGIPL.
- If returned and packaging is intact, Your Gold Account will be re-credited (after deducting applicable charges).
- If You request re-delivery, You will bear the re-shipping charges.
13.8 If delivery is affected by a Force Majeure Event, DGIPL may require You to accept special modes of delivery, and You may need to bear any additional cost.
13.9 DGIPL cannot deliver fractional Gold below a minimum threshold ("Threshold Quantity") set and updated on the Platform.
- If You request delivery below this threshold, DGIPL may instead sell that Gold and deposit the sale proceeds into Your bank account.
- DGIPL/Platform Provider is not responsible for any error in the bank details provided by You.
13.10 DGIPL may reject a Delivery Request that does not comply with these Terms.
13.11 If You believe the changes in Your Gold Account (after orders/requests) do not match Your actions, You should contact DGIPL at [email protected] (or updated contact on the Platform).
13.12 Customer Gold and the Gold Account are non-transferable and cannot be pledged unless specifically allowed by DGIPL.
- In the event of Your death, and if allowed by DGIPL, title to Your Customer Gold will pass to Your legal heirs after due verification.
13.13 Product images on the Platform may look slightly different from actual size due to photography and screen settings.
- The Platform will try to show accurate details but is not liable for differences due to display.
13.14 Errors may occur due to system issues or data inaccuracies.
- The Platform Provider reserves the right to correct any such errors and is not obliged to honour orders placed based on incorrect prices.
13.15 Prices displayed on the Platform are fixed (non-negotiable) and can change at any time without prior notice.
14. SALE OF CUSTOMER GOLD
14.1 You may sell Your Customer Gold during market hours using the sale price shown on the Platform by placing a Sale Request.
- Once confirmed, Your Kisna Digital Gold Account will be debited for the "Sold Customer Gold".
14.2 Within 2 business days (or such further period as required), DGIPL will transfer the sale proceeds to Your bank account at the sale price shown at the time of placing the Sale Request.
- DGIPL is not responsible for errors in bank details provided by You.
14.3 This sale feature is available on a best-effort basis, only when the bullion market is operational.
- DGIPL and the Platform Provider do not guarantee its availability at all times.
- The buyer of Your Gold could be DGIPL or another party.
- DGIPL and/or the Platform Provider are only responsible for ensuring Your funds are credited as per the sale.
15. STORAGE OF CUSTOMER GOLD
15.1 You get free storage of Your Customer Gold for 5 years, or for such other period as DGIPL may notify on the Platform ("Free Storage Period").
15.2 After the Free Storage Period, DGIPL may charge storage fees at rates specified on the Platform.
- These charges are deducted monthly by reducing Your SafeGold balance by a percentage.
15.3 If Your gold balance is too low and storage charges cannot be deducted:
- DGIPL may sell part of Your Customer Gold to recover unpaid storage charges.
15.4 DGIPL will try to offer competitive prices for such sale, but does not guarantee that prices will match market offers elsewhere.
16. FRAUDULENT TRANSACTIONS
16.1 You must not share Your UPI PIN, OTP, card or wallet details ("Payment Information") with anyone.
- DGIPL/Platform Provider will never ask for such information on calls or messages.
- They are not liable for any loss from fraud due to Your sharing of Payment Information.
16.2 If someone's Payment Instrument is used fraudulently ("Fraudulent Transaction") to buy Gold on the Platform:
- The victim may contact DGIPL/Platform Provider via official customer support and provide documents from relevant authorities (e.g. Cyber Cell).
- The Platform Provider may share relevant transaction details with them.
16.3 If DGIPL/Platform Provider flags any transaction or account as suspicious ("Fraudulent User"), they may:
16.3.1 Ask for additional KYC;
16.3.2 Block the user or freeze accounts;
16.3.3 Reverse the Fraudulent Transaction by selling the Gold purchased and returning funds where possible;
16.3.4 Share details of the Fraudulent User and transactions with authorities.
16.4 In genuine Fraudulent Transaction cases, DGIPL/Platform Provider will make reasonable efforts to help the victim recover funds, subject to proof and after deducting unrecoverable gateway charges.
16.5 However, DGIPL/Platform Provider is not obliged to reverse transactions if:
- The Fraudulent User has already sold the Gold and received funds; or
- Physical delivery of Gold has already been completed.
In such cases, DGIPL may share available details (bank account, address, etc.) with the victim or authorities.
17. USE OF THE PLATFORM & SERVICES
17.1 Services are for personal use only.
- You must not copy, distribute, display, publish, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit content, prices, or information from the Platform.
17.2 You grant DGIPL and the Platform Provider the right to:
- collect, store, and transmit Your data as needed to provide Services;
- share and display Your data as You instruct through the Platform, in line with applicable privacy policies.
17.3 You confirm that:
- You have rights/permissions to share all data You provide; and
- Your data and its use do not violate any law or third-party rights.
DGIPL/Platform Provider are not responsible for Your data; You bear full responsibility for it.
17.4 They are not liable for any data loss or technical issues beyond their control.
17.5 DGIPL may decide which locations/pin codes they serve.
17.6 Services may be interrupted for maintenance, upgrades, or network failures. DGIPL/Platform Provider are not liable for any resulting loss.
17.7 DGIPL may stop some or all Services or withdraw support for certain devices/platforms at any time.
18. SUSPENSION / CLOSURE OF GOLD ACCOUNT
18.1 DGIPL/Platform Provider may suspend Your Kisna Digital Gold Account if they detect suspicious or unlawful activity.
18.2 If the partnership between DGIPL and the Platform Provider ends:
- Your Kisna Digital Gold Account may be closed on the Platform;
- Your SafeGold balance may still be accessible on www.safegold.com, where DGIPL may continue to provide services.
18.3 They are not liable for loss due to technical failures or factors beyond their control.
18.4 You must inform DGIPL/Platform Provider within 10 days of any irregularity in Your account; otherwise, it is treated as correct.
- Platform records (electronic/documents) are considered conclusive proof of transactions.
19. FEES
19.1 You agree to pay all applicable fees and charges for using the Platform/Services.
- Fee details will be displayed on the Platform and may be updated from time to time.
19.2 Fees once paid are non-refundable.
19.3 All payments must be made in Indian Rupees (INR).
19.4 DGIPL/Platform Provider are not liable for any payment failure due to:
- lack of authorisation,
- exceeding limits,
- bank/payment gateway errors, or
- any rejection by Your bank or payment partner.
19.5 DGIPL/Platform Provider may suspend/terminate Your Kisna Digital Gold Account for non-payment of fees and may also take legal action.
20. MEMBER ELIGIBILITY
Only:
- Persons who can legally enter into contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, and
- Persons resident in India,
may use the Platform/Services.
Minors (below 18), undischarged insolvents, and persons of unsound mind are not eligible.
DGIPL may terminate or refuse access if it learns that a user is not eligible.
21. ABSENCE OF RELATIONSHIP
21.1 You confirm that You have sufficient knowledge to make Your own decision to buy/sell Gold.
- You have not relied on investment advice from DGIPL or the Platform Provider.
- The only relationship is buyer-seller; no agency, employment, partnership, or advisory relationship is created.
21.2 DGIPL and the Platform Provider are not offering an investment product and do not guarantee any returns.
- Gold prices may fluctuate due to market factors.
22. ELECTRONIC ORDER RISKS
Internet-based systems can fail.
- The order system may be affected by network/ISP failure or device issues.
You agree DGIPL/Platform Provider are not responsible for:
- delays,
- transmission failures,
- order execution failures,
- or any issues beyond their control.
23. FEEDBACK
23.1 The Platform may allow You to post reviews or feedback ("Reviews").
23.2 By posting Reviews, You grant DGIPL and the Platform Provider a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, publish, reproduce, adapt, or display Your Reviews across any media.
23.3 You agree not to post:
- abusive, defamatory, hateful, obscene, or unlawful content;
- content violating the Indecent Representation of Women (Prohibition) Act, 1986.
24. CONFIDENTIALITY
As per applicable Privacy Policies:

25. CONTENT & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
25.1 DGIPL owns all intellectual property (copyrights, trademarks, logos, etc.) related to its Services and content on the Platform.
25.2 You acknowledge that the Platform and Services involve significant effort and are protected works.
- You may only download/use content as intended and may not remove/alter any copyright notices.
25.3 Any infringement may lead to legal action.

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites/apps.
- DGIPL/Platform Provider are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or actions of these third parties.
- You should review third-party terms and privacy policies before using such sites.
27. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold DGIPL and the Platform Provider harmless from any losses, claims, or damages arising from:
- Your use of the Platform/Services;
- DGIPL/Platform Provider acting on Your instructions in good faith;
- Your negligence, misconduct, or breach of these Terms;
- any fraud related to Your transactions.
28. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
All content and Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
DGIPL and/or the Platform Provider:
- make no express or implied warranties regarding accuracy, completeness, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose;
- are not responsible for damage to Your device or loss of data from using the Platform;
- disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
29. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
DGIPL and/or the Platform Provider (and their directors, employees, agents) are not liable for:
- indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages;
- loss of profits or revenue;
- issues caused by Your inability to access or use the Platform;
- bugs, viruses, or data loss;
- Your failure to keep Your account secure.
They are also not responsible for acts/omissions of third parties, Intermediaries, or persons whose devices/accounts You use.

31. AMENDMENTS & ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
31.1 DGIPL may change, modify, or update these Terms at any time.
- Changes will be posted on the Platform and notified to Customers.
- By continuing to use the Platform after changes, You are deemed to have accepted the updated Terms.
31.2 By accessing or using the Platform, You agree to be bound by these Terms and related policies, including the Privacy Policy of both the Platform Provider and DGIPL.
31.3 If You do not accept these Terms, You must not use the Platform or Services.
- You must comply with all applicable laws while using the Platform.
- If DGIPL believes Your account is being used for unlawful activities, it may block or blacklist You and inform authorities.
